We are seeking a skilled clinical professional to lead our care team.


About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

This position is based in a state-of-the-art facility, supporting up to 55 residents. Our location offers convenient access to local amenities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support a small team of healthcare professionals.
  • Provide clinical leadership, assess and develop staff capability.
  • Coordinate admissions and oversee clinical documentation.
  • Prepare budgets and support cost control initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement programs, reviewing and updating relevant policies and procedures.
  • Consult with clinical leads and external medical practitioners to ensure best outcomes for clients.

To Be Considered For This Role, You'll Need
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Current Clinical Nursing skills.
  • Experience in Aged Care.
  • Confidence to act in Facility Manager role as required.
  • A proven track record in leading quality clinical outcomes.
  • The ability to maximise funding via AN-ACC.
  • Well-developed reporting and research skills.
  • An Infection Control qualification.
