This role involves providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer enquiries and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer interactions end-to-end via phone and email, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Update our system of record while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
