About the Opportunity
Talent Focus is seeking a strong recruitment professional to spearhead our Victorian branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter/leader to build a new branch from the ground up.
We are an established Australian-owned recruitment business operating out of NSW for 24 years. In the last two years, we have opened a successful QLD business and an executive search business in Singapore. Now, we are focused on building our Victorian capabilities.
The Role
- Focus on building the business, generating invoices and temp work in the first three months.
- Hire your first team member to assist and expand your capabilities at three months.
- Additional growth will be determined by the success demonstrated and encountered.
- We have national contracts secured across healthcare, education, and trades & labour, providing job orders to work on from day one.
- Supportive and trusting leadership team to assist and support along the journey.
- Generous salary and quarterly bonuses paid, up to 40% commission and uncapped.
- Equity offering for the right person.
About You
- Hungry and motivated to build something and demonstrate your capabilities.
- Not afraid of picking up the phone and dropping in to see clients.
- Ideally, someone with at least five years of experience in recruitment.
- Team leader/branch manager/state manager or BDM.
- Must be living in the Melbourne region and have market knowledge and experience.
- Resilience - the first three months working on your own is not easy, but once you are through this period, the opportunities are endless.
