Critical Project Role

We are recruiting for a Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our expanding team due to an increasing project portfolio in New South Wales.

This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a high-profile project upgrading critical transmission infrastructure as part of the green energy transition.

As a Project Manager - Infrastructure, you will work on projects with values typically ranging between $5M and $50M, primarily involving civil, structural, and electrical scope.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, focusing on time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Manage contracts, scope, procurement, risk, and opportunity, stakeholder communications, and project integration.
  • Organize and direct site labour, delivery of construction materials, plant, and equipment, and establish detailed programs for coordination of site activities.
  • Help document the project scope and identify scope discrepancies.
  • Identify scope gaps between sub and head contracts, collate data, and compile upstream claims.
  • Compile subcontract packages, maintain site quality records, and contribute to the development of QMP, ITPs, check sheets, MDR, and NCR register.
  • Support pre-contracts, attend post-tender interviews, and compile and review subcontract packages.

About You

  • You should have experience in tendering, pre-contracts, and project delivery, understanding how to deliver a project safely, on time, budget, and to a high level of quality.
  • You must be confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and able to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.

We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, paid while working away as well as living away from home allowance (LAFA).
