We are seeking a motivated and compassionate support worker to join our team in Perth and Adelaide.

Job Description:

This role involves providing individualized support to people with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to clients with varying needs, promoting their independence and social connections
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • Mentor clients on budgeting, employment, and social skills development
  • Work collaboratively with external organizations to ensure high-quality support services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy protocols
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in the Aged Care and/or Disability Industry
  • Knowledge of NDIS, disability, and support worker roles
  • First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check
  • Driver's license and vehicle (with willingness to travel up to 50km from CBD)
  • Working rights in Australia and ability to commute/relocate to Perth or Adelaide
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
