Job Title

Lead the Delivery Team

  • Develop and manage a high-performing consulting delivery team.
  • Oversee projects to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
  • Manage resource planning, utilization, and budgeting.
  • Own practice forecasting and reporting.
  • Partner with sales on statements of work and project scoping.
  • Act as senior client contact and relationship owner.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Promote best practices in delivery tools and governance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, tech, or professional services.
  • Proven leadership of teams or delivery practices.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills.
  • Knowledge of delivery methodologies and project accounting.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, Smartsheet, Jira.
