Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Specialist to join our team at Randstad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT Communications and a passion for working in the manufacturing and production industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production critical systems across the site operation.
  • Work closely with the Operational Technology (OT) Team to ensure the highest standard of system installation and maintenance.
  • Support the relationship with key business customers to evaluate system performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to implement new systems and services that meet customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a complementary industry.
  • Experience supporting OT systems and services within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to work in a highly effective team and present solid interpersonal skills.
  • Sound negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and requests from the business.
  • Risk identification and management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-focused approach and experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience with supporting SCADA, Fleet Management, or bespoke mining or processing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cert III or better in Network or infrastructure systems or services.
  • Desirable: Communications vendor qualifications in fiber optic and copper cabling installation and A.C.M.A. Cabling open license.
