Transform Lives

As an Employment Consultant, you will be working with participants (job seekers) to support them in achieving their goals. You will be collaborating with employers and participants to deliver tailored employment solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills required to become job ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and referrals to support services
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

You Will Be Working In: Alice Springs site, Northern Territory, Australia. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be motivated to go above and beyond for participants, and have the ability to stay composed and adaptable in day-to-day challenges.

About This Role:

This is an entry-level position that requires eligibility to work in Australia, a current driver's license, and a comprehensively insured vehicle. You will also need to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. A MyGovID (Standard level) is also mandatory.
