Job Requirements:

Key Duties
  • Basic demolition work such as disassembling and removing building components, fixtures and equipment.
  • Assisting water proofers by helping to apply waterproofing materials and ensuring a watertight seal is achieved.
  • Grinding tasks including operating power tools to grind down surfaces, removing old coatings and smoothing out rough edges.
  • Supporting bricklayers and carpenters by assisting with various construction projects.
Requirements
  • Strong punctuality and organizational skills to ensure effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Ability to maintain a tidy work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

The necessary tools will be provided. We value reliability and teamwork in this role.
