Our Distribution Services division offers a worldwide service portfolio for our customers, which includes operations & maintenance services, spare parts supply, process optimization and system upgrades and modifications throughout the material handling system's life cycle.

The Senior Service Manager APAC is responsible for the Services Business for our customers in the APAC region. The focus will be on key customers but also on local customers like Australia Post etc. Provides leadership, management and direction to a team of Service professionals and actively manages customer satisfaction to assure recurrent business.

The role involves managing stakeholders up to senior management both at customer and within the company in the region. Develops the Service proposition in the region and creates business opportunities with Distribution customers in the region and grows the overall Service business and the team.

  • Manages a team in the APAC region, responsible for Sales, Contract management, Spare part management, RMR sales, Warranty & Quality, Field Service and Subcontractors.
  • Works closely together with other domain Service leaders in the region and ensures effective resource sharing where needed.
  • Develops long term supplier and customer relationships and/or networks.
  • Has a strong understanding of business criticality of automated handling systems.
  • Used to work with 3rd party service providers and sub-contractors.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of international service management experience. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer focus and service mindset, excellent verbal and oral skills in English and willingness to travel within the APAC region and to HQ (40%).
