Busy Bees at Montessori Tingalpa is a leading childcare service in Brisbane, providing Montessori education for children aged 15 months to 6 years old. We are seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create nurturing and engaging learning environments that foster children's growth and development.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that meet the needs of our children.
  • Assess children's progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively to ensure a collaborative approach to children's education.
  • Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.
Requirements
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
  • Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.
  • Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.
  • Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families, and individual children's needs.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.
