Busy Bees at Montessori Tingalpa is looking for a passionate Educator to join their close knitted team This beautiful service is located in the Bayside area of Brisbane and has been for many years. This service provides Montessori education for the children aged 15 months to 6 years old. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity

Our service is looking for the next superstar Early Childhood Educator, looking for the security of a permanent role and the next step in their career. Don't miss the opportunity to join this wonderful service and team and become a part of their Hive.

Essential Qualifications- Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.- Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.- Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleagues.- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.- Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.- Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.- Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.- Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.
