Dedicated Community Support Workers Wanted

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to the elderly. As a Trainee Community Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for older adults in their homes.
">About the RoleAs a Trainee Community Worker, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, socialisation, meal preparation, personal care, and other essential services to support the daily lifestyle of our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team members to deliver high-quality care and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
No experience or qualifications are required, as we provide full on-the-job training and support. You will be partnered with a workplace buddy/mentor who will guide you throughout your traineeship and general employment.
Responsibilities- Domestic assistance (cleaning)
- Socialisation
- Meal preparation
- Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Bed making, room tidying up
- A great attitude and willingness to learn and work
- Reliability and ability to pass a National Police Check
- TAS Driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Permanent Resident, NZ or Australian Citizen
