Role Overview

SailPoint is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

About the Role

This position is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximising revenue in target accounts. You will be linked with a team of field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executive, SEs, Channel Partners, etc.) helping to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics
  • Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model
  • Maximise revenue in target accounts
  • Work with a team of field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Effective communication skills
  • A knack for persuasion
  • A deep understanding of digital sales techniques
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

  • Achieve funnel & pipeline targets and all critical activities managed through the KPI dashboard
  • Closed deals independently without support of AE
