**Job Opportunity in Disability Support**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to participants with disabilities, families, children, and young people.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assisting with meal preparation and cooking

• Supporting participants with shopping and accessing community activities

• Encouraging independence and promoting participation in education and employment programs

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues

You will be working in a variety of settings, including family homes and respite environments. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A Certificate I-IV qualification in Disability, Youth Work, or a related field

• At least 2 years' experience working in disability support or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic first aid qualifications

• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
