About the Role

The Director of Nursing Relief Coordinator provides visionary operational and professional nursing leadership for remote health services, driving clinical and corporate governance excellence. The role requires expertise in service delivery coordination, human resource management, healthcare team communication, and fiscal management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational and professional nursing leadership for remote health services
  • Shape clinical and corporate governance strategies
  • Coordinate service delivery and human resource management
  • Develop and maintain effective healthcare team communication and data analysis skills
Requirements

Applicants must hold a relevant tertiary degree qualification, possess appropriate registration/licences, and have a C Class Motor Vehicle Licence. Pre-employment screening will be conducted, including Criminal History checks.
