Job Title: Cleaning Subcontractor

Our business is seeking an experienced cleaning subcontractor to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional cleaning services to our clients;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives;
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve cleaning processes and increase efficiency;
  • Conduct site visits to assess cleaning needs and provide recommendations;
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and vehicles are in good working order and properly maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the cleaning industry, preferably as a subcontractor or small business owner;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, hospitality) preferred;
  • Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle required;
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and work at heights (if necessary).
