Event Planning Professional

The ideal candidate will contribute to developing and transmitting expertise in a creative environment.

This is a role for talented individuals with proven experience in Event Management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing event strategies, ensuring timely execution of all major milestones.
  • Leading briefing, conceptualizing, planning and execution for events such as product launches, exhibitions and seasonal/collection animations.
  • Creating and refining event proposals to gather buy-in and validation from internal teams and regional/HQ teams.
  • Overseeing event operations, including action plans, team briefings, production schedules.
  • Supporting client and PR events, in partnership with CRM and PR teams respectively.
  • Collaborating with retail, marketing/merchandising and PR counterparts to ensure all events have considered a 360 approach.

The Event Planning Professional will also be responsible for reporting and action plans, overseeing the planning of event report templates and coordinating inputs from across departments.
