Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Events Manager to lead our national events program, driving member engagement through innovative event experiences while managing stakeholder relationships and concurrent projects.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning to evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. They will also be responsible for implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to increase event participation and reach a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Manage an annual events calendar that includes high-profile events such as the National Building Design Awards and CPD conferences.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning to evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Digital Marketing: Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to increase event participation and reach a wider audience.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and other key partners.
  • Data Analysis: Manage our CRM database and generate insightful reports to inform business decisions.
  • Budget Control: Control event budgets and track ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
