About the Role:

The Contracts Administrator is a crucial position that plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships from sale finalization to contract commencement.

This involves being the primary point of contact between Redink Homes Southwest and the sales team, drafting and estimating throughout the pre-construction process, to help process and finalize any Contract Variations and/or Sales Variations.

The role is essential in ensuring that working drawings, addendas, and contract documents (including HIA Contracts) are accurately processed and finalized to meet client requirements in preparation for the Prestart process.

Office hours are to be worked between the hours of 7am-6pm, schedule to be negotiated with your manager.

Key Responsibilities:
