Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform service calls and installations for fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance of the systems, adhering to industry standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Communicate needs clearly to ensure timely completion of the scope of work.
  • Install, test, troubleshoot, and program fire alarm systems in compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Program fire alarm panels commonly installed by DynaFire.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Train and instruct customers on the proper use of equipment.
  • Operate test equipment such as volt meters, ohm meters, oscilloscopes, multimeters, tone generators, and battery testers.
Requirements:
  • Possess a two-year electronics degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of computers, communications systems, and Microsoft Office is required.
