We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: you thrive on creating memorable experiences for customers.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills: you can answer questions with 'I've done it already.'
- Clear and upbeat communication skills: your smile can be heard.
- Flexibility: you're available to help out during the day, evening, and weekends.
- Previous customer-facing experience is highly regarded but not essential.
This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work varying shifts across a Monday to Sunday roster.
