Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

 

This role involves analyzing data to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for using data insights to inform strategic decisions.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and program effectiveness.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify insights that improve the customer journey.
  • Track KPIs related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales performance.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and segmentation to optimize targeting and messaging.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improving client acquisition, retention, and engagement.

 

The successful candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or related fields, along with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Data Studio, or similar tools.

 

This is a performance-based, fully remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling options. Full training, mentorship, and marketing systems are provided.
