We are seeking a motivated and dedicated midwifery student to join our Graduate Diploma in Midwifery Program at Northern Beaches Hospital. Our program provides ongoing education and professional support, fostering a supportive and caring environment to learn, develop and consolidate clinical skills in midwifery.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following selection criteria:

  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
  • Registered Nurse with Minimum 1 Year Full-time Experience in an Acute Care Setting
  • Australian Citizen
  • Concurrent Enrolment in a Diploma of Midwifery University Program
  • Ability to Work Part-time (FTE 0.84)
  • Understanding of Midwifery Role within Primary Healthcare Framework
  • Demonstrated Clinical Problem-solving Ability
  • High-level Interpersonal, Verbal, and Written Communication Skills
  • Teamwork and Collaboration Abilities
