About Evolve Scientific:
We are a leading contract service provider for Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Healthcare Organizations, located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for assigned projects, including resource allocation and conflict resolution.
- Process and manage PBMCs, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including method development, SOPs, forms, qualification/validation, technical work, data collection, analysis, reporting, logistics, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Design, plan, and execute scientific experiments, including method development and validation, and maintain technical equipment.
- Serve as the primary scientific liaison for assigned company clients.
- Manage laboratory operations, ensuring efficient and safe work environments.
- Support team members to achieve their best performance.
- Sign off on training and record it according to our Quality Management System.
- Mentor junior staff members in relevant areas.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, immunology, cellular/molecular biology, or related field is required; Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) techniques is highly preferred.
- Experience in an ISO/NATA-accredited regulatory environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in PBMC processing is highly regarded.
- Experience with Sepmate is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Methodological, thorough, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and able to manage shifting demands and priorities.
