Area Manager - Home Care Position

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily operations and enhance customer health and wellbeing in our home care service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in management, healthcare or a related field
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in community, disability or aged care management or related programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements governing Home Services
  • Ability to work with key financial performance indicators and deliver quality services
  • Experience with managing and implementing continuous quality improvement systems and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a customer-focused environment
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • An appreciation of BaptistCare's values and commitment to Christian principles
