Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced CCTV Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries and managing sales processes through to sales close. You will provide advice on the most appropriate security solution in accordance with the customer's requirements, prepare quotations and purchase orders for each new customer, and promote security products including alarm systems, CCTV, Intercoms, and Home Automatons.

About the Role:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process to ensure accuracy of sales quotations and orders.
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and collectively within a team environment to achieve maximum output and positive outlook to the contribution of achieving high morale within the team.
  • Deliver a service and follow the sales methodology in all interactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer enquiries and manage sales process through to sales close.
  • Advice on the most appropriate security solution in accordance with the customer's requirements.
  • Promote security products including alarm systems, CCTV, Intercoms, and Home Automatons.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of security products and the general security industry.
  • Demonstrated sales closure ability.
  • Experience in achieving individual and team sales targets.

Additional Information:
