**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Internal Sales Representative. This position will be based in our Tullamarine office and will provide support to our security branches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers over the trade counter, learning and developing product knowledge for access control, security systems and CCTV surveillance, and assisting with returns and backorder processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our success.

About this Role:

  • To be the first point of contact for the branch and serve customers over the trade counter
  • To learn and continually develop product knowledge for CSD's range of access control, security systems and CCTV surveillance
  • To assist with the returns and backorder processes
  • To assist with general branch support, administration and ad-hoc tasks
  • To support the external sales team and management

Requirements and Qualifications:
