Join Our Team as a School Psychologist

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified graduate psychologists to join our team as school psychologists in Western Australia. As a school psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and contribute to the development of our public schools.

About the Role

As a school psychologist, you will work in a range of educational settings, providing services to public schools in the areas of mental health and wellbeing, disability, behaviour, learning and motivation, incident management, and change management and organisational development. You will have the opportunity to work with students, teachers, and parents to support the development of students' mental health and wellbeing, and to promote positive learning outcomes.

What We Offer
  • Confirmed starting salary from $83,312 a year.
  • Psychology Board of Australia approved supervision to support the completion of your internship program.
  • Graduate School Psychologist Induction Program, a two-year program of professional learning.
  • 11 percent employer contributions to superannuation.
  • 8 weeks' vacation leave (during school holidays).
  • More than 20 days of other leave, including sick leave and carers' leave.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must hold or be eligible for provisional or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, or be in your first two years (8 terms) of employment as a school psychologist. You must also have a strong commitment to working with students, teachers, and parents to support the development of students' mental health and wellbeing.
