Are you a car parts expert looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our team in Dubbo, NSW.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to provide technical support to trade, industrial, and mining customers. As a Parts Interpreter, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and advice on car parts. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders, dispatching products, and promoting specials.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone and in-person
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Dispatch products and parts promptly
- Promote specials and deals to customers
- Assist with product information and advice
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of car parts and mechanics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
