Job Title: Automotive Parts Specialist
Job DescriptionThe Automotive Parts Specialist provides accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting complex technical parts documentation
- Processing customer orders efficiently and effectively
- Dispatching products and parts in a timely manner
- Promoting special offers and deals
- Arranging buy-ins with suppliers
- Processing customer credits accurately
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
- Contributing to a culture of safety by prioritizing workplace safety at all times
This role requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending & climbing. Ideal candidates will have:
- Advanced knowledge of technical parts interpretation
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- An innovative and collaborative approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills

Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending & climbing.
