Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer customer installations maintenance work against budget and timeframes
  • Conduct customer site visits and inspections, and respond to customer alarms and service
  • Provide technical and engineering support to Field Service Technicians and contractors in the region, ensuring sound engineering practices are used in conducting company activities
  • Manage the Field Service Technicians (FST) in their day-to-day responsibilities
  • Manage contractors and suppliers in their interaction with Air Liquide
  • Provide technical support to other Air Liquide plants
  • Assist Senior Engineers with new jobs estimating
  • Purchase maintenance parts and stock control in line with set cost targets
  • Update paperwork related to maintenance and new installations
Requirements
  • Trade Qualified with hands-on installations/maintenance experience in either electrical or mechanical
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team within an industrial environment
  • Proven project implementation skills
  • Ability to influence, monitor and manage change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership capability
