Responsibilities- Providing strategic direction for the unit to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinating the delivery of evidence-based nursing care
- Ensuring the provision of excellent patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
- Guiding and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
- Managing human, financial, and material resources effectively
- Providing direct patient care as required
- Current registration with a relevant professional body
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical and customer-focused care
