Visionary Content Producer

We seek a seasoned Production Director to spearhead customer-centric production services and deliver integrated content at the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead large-scale projects and manage multiple workstream dependencies to ensure consistency in quality and process.
- Develop and refine delivery approaches for complex content productions.
- Create and produce various content deliverables, including keynote presentations, animation, and video assets.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
- Enhance post-production projects to the highest standard.
- Promote the adoption of AI tools to increase competitiveness.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Production Director in a creative agency or production company.
- Strong project and team management skills across multiple disciplines.
- Experience leading teams of up to 15 people.
- Expertise in internal and external people management, forward planning, and solutions-focused thinking.
- Mentorship and leadership skills to develop production skills across the organization.
