Learning Support Specialist

This leadership role is pivotal in driving Student Accessibility Services at the operational level. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized learning supports and reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities or health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to empower students to succeed in their studies, increasing student retention.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with faculties, academic staff, and other professionals to ensure inclusive services.
- Exceptional people management skills, experience in supporting teams through change.
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and process-oriented thinking to maximize service effectiveness.
About the Role- This is a permanent full-time appointment.
