Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Worker to join our team at the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Townsville, Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about aviation and eager to learn and grow with our organization.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undergo training with Aviation Australia in Townsville to complete a Certificate II in Aircraft Line Maintenance (ALM).

This role involves preparing aircraft for maintenance, conducting inspections, special servicings, and rectifications, as well as managing ground support equipment and adhering to technical instructions and maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare aircraft for maintenance, repair, or modification

- Conduct inspections, special servicings, and rectifications

- Manage ground support equipment and adhere to technical instructions and maintenance documentation

- Perform post-maintenance testing to ensure mission readiness

Requirements

- C class driver's licence

- Australian Citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
