About This Role

Harris Scarfe is seeking Casual team members to join a hard working, vibrant and fun team to deliver exceptional customer service and store presentations standards during the holiday season.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising, and contributing to achieving store and business objectives.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for service and retail, with previous experience in a similar role. They will also possess effective communication skills, strong teamwork ability, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Support catalogue and promotional merchandising
  • Work in a team to achieve store and business objectives
  • Work in a range of departments
  • Perform daily activities such as stock placement, ticketing, visual displays, etc.
  • Maintain a neat, full and safe environment
  • Process and pick pack online orders including consistent lifting of light loads
