Job Title: Child Development Coordinator

About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of educators and develop a child-centered program that promotes healthy relationships, learning, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators onsite, including roster management and development of educational programs
  • Develop and facilitate engaging educational activities that promote STEM, sports, art, and craft
  • Foster positive relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and administrative tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working with children and possess strong communication skills
  • Be a team player with a desire to become a service leader and hold or be willing to obtain necessary certifications
  • Hold Australian work rights and have a valid national police check and state check for working with children
