Strategically Minded Leader Sought

Our organization is looking for a talented leader to manage our sponsorship and event activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of these initiatives to ensure alignment with brand objectives and national strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers across various properties.
  • Oversee sponsorship contract performance, negotiations, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within current and new customer segments.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by executing sponsorships and events that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Analyze ROI after each event and maintain the sponsorship and event schedule.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement focused on simplicity and sustainability.
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and energize teams.
  • Innovative mindset with the courage to challenge existing practices and propose new strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Financial acumen with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to interpret key financial indicators and inform decision-making.
