Job Title: Payroll Professional

Job Description:

Our organisation seeks a skilled Payroll Professional to support their payroll operations in Perth CBD.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform high volume data entry, validation and data cleansing with attention to detail.
  • Process salaries, standard allowances, Change of Conditions, terminations, and incentive payments in compliance with relevant Federal and State legislation.
  • Ensure accurate administration and reconciliation of employee leave entitlements and employee deductions.
  • Respond to employee queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Administer employee superannuation in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of payroll data in compliance with privacy legislation.

**Required Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar payroll role, with a focus on high volume data entry and validation.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
