The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Analyst to support our leadership team in delivering Auto & General's risk management strategy. As a key member of our team, you will provide insight, analysis, and recommendations to protect our organisational resources and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and lead the development, implementation, and ongoing review of our Business Continuity Framework.
  • Improve internal risk controls, detection, and response capabilities.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert in providing risk and compliance advice, expertise, and education.
  • Perform risk assessments for data protection, supplier management, and risk management programs.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working within a similar position & within the financial services industry.
  • Well-developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations to operate in the FSR environment.
