Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for providing high-quality data management and reporting services to support grant programs.

The successful candidate will have advanced technical expertise in data systems, MS Excel, SQL, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Python.

They will collaborate with grant program delivery teams to understand unique requirements and design data assessment and management processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data-driven solutions, providing technical data analysis and modelling, and translating information into assessment reports for stakeholders.

Requirements
  • High-level technical expertise in data systems, MS Excel, SQL, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Python.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including complex program or technical requirements understanding.
  • Ability to identify opportunities/issues, make sound decisions, and provide high-quality advice.
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively with team members, delivery partners, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and manage work activities independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis are mandatory.
  • Proven experience in at least one of the areas - PL/SQL programming, PowerBI, or Python programming is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of Salesforce objects and data structures are highly desirable.
  • Ability to understand and test data processing and data flows in a software application is essential.
  • Experience in data management in a data warehouse environment will be highly regarded.
