We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team, working in adult mental health. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced nurse to utilize their skills in a dynamic environment.
- This role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients/clients in accordance with the National Standards of Practice for Registered Nurses.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating safe, evidence-based, person-centered nursing care, including the principles of Trauma-Informed Care and Recovery.

- This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of mental health issues and the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients/clients in accordance with established standards and policies.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
