Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to optimize workshop productivity, support the achievement of production goals, and perform maintenance tasks for workshop and plant machinery as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble pumps, motors, and valves to meet production objectives.
  2. Identify and report any production challenges affecting delivery timelines.
  3. Ensure high-quality outputs to minimize warranty claims.
  4. Adhere to detailed assembly instructions as outlined in build manuals.
  5. Participate in equipment maintenance and repair activities.
  6. Oversee the availability and calibration of tools and equipment.
  7. Engage in resolving customer or internal quality issues.
Qualifications
  1. Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  2. Certification in Mechanical Trade.
  3. Proven technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
  4. Experience in the repair of hydraulic or mechanical components.
  5. Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of reliability and dedication.
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
