About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT professional to provide full support for students, staff, and property.

The successful applicant will demonstrate commitment to their work and be able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the IT Manager to ensure school operations run smoothly.
  • Support students, staff, and property with hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including students of all ages and teaching/non-teaching staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in the IT field (preferred).
  • TAFE/Tertiary or equivalent IT qualifications/experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Apple operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic audio-visual systems.
Advantages

Previous experience working in an educational environment would be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of school-specific systems and IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft support credentials would be beneficial.
