Work as a customer service representative in a dynamic contact centre team.

Located in St Leonards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all customer enquiries via inbound calls regarding products & services.
  • Obtain quotes for customers.
  • Assist with customer satisfaction related enquiries.
  • Suggest related products or upgrades.
  • Support telesales campaigns when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in call centre or customer service roles.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly through strong phone manner.
  • Autonomy and teamwork.
  • High attention to detail and excellent written and oral skills.
  • Desire to learn new things and grow knowledge.
Working Hours

Available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm rotating rosters.
