Job Title:Culinary Team MemberAbout the Job:We are seeking a Culinary Team Member to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in line with our standards, taking ownership of your designated kitchen section and ensuring every dish is delivered with excellence.Your Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations & Culinary Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes; assist in menu planning, developing new dishes, and maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
  • Team Support & Development: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to kitchen staff; assist in recruitment, performance management, and fostering a positive, communicative team environment.
  • Stock & Equipment Management: Assist with ordering, maintaining, and monitoring stock and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to operational standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving, reasoning, motivational, organizational, and training abilities.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Degree or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Arts, Culinary Skills, or a related field.
