Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Strategy and Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day workforce management, including determining resourcing needs, short-term planning, and productivity initiatives.

The role involves working closely with operational teams to set daily management plans and ensuring that resource plans meet customer demand and service obligations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging workforce planning tools and contact centre technologies to continuously monitor call and message queues in real time.
  • Providing actionable insights and impact assessments to support workforce optimisation and enhance customer experience.
  • Scheduling resources aligned with business KPIs, service levels, and training objectives.
  • Offering expert advice to stakeholders on scheduling matters and developing comprehensive performance planning materials.

You will work closely with the broader Strategic Workforce Planning team to operationalise resource plans and make changes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a busy contact centre and messaging environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with well-developed planning and organisational skills.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office software, with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Risk mindset – All employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
