About the RoleWe are seeking an emerging occupational therapist with 1+ years of experience to join our team, working across paediatrics, child mental health, disability, or a combination of all three. The role is based at our Ripley Valley clinic, with opportunities to work in community-based settings across the Ipswich, Springfield, Lockyer Valley, and Scenic Rim regions.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with other allied health disciplines to provide comprehensive therapy services
- Develop and implement client-centred intervention plans, focusing on strengthening relationships within families
- Provide community-based services, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Supervise allied health assistants and contribute to the growth and development of the team
- Bachelor in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and discipline in working independently, especially in community-based settings
- Generous above award salary, $85k - $100k + super

- Option of a 9-day working fortnight, with a long weekend every second week
