Sensational Healing Allied Health is a multidisciplinary team providing client and family centred intervention. We aim to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, adults, and their families. Our core client base includes children and young people living with neurodiversity or who have experienced developmental trauma.
About the Role
We are seeking an emerging therapist with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The role involves working across paediatrics, child mental health, disability, or a combination of all three to meet your individual interests and professional development goals. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other allied health disciplines and be supported individually and in groups by our senior therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with children and young people living with neurodiversity or who have experienced developmental trauma
- Collaborate with other allied health disciplines to achieve positive outcomes
- Develop and implement client-centred intervention plans
Requirements
- Bachelor in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in community-based settings
